How to spicy cold ginger sesame pasta salad - gluten free

You can use your choice of pasta... This is what we had in the cabinet ... We buy gluten free for health reasons...any type of pasta will work....

Start your pasta water to boil and follow instructions on bag for boiling as rice and corn pastas vary....

Have all your ingredients ready...

Celery washed and carrots peeled....

Mix Tahini, sesame oil, garlic pow, onion pow, cilantro, ginger, lime juice and pulp, chipotle, mustard, honey & cayenne sauce plus salt & pepper and stir until evenly mixed with a fork....

Next shred carrots...

Slice washed celery lengthwise into 3's the pile and chop into small cubes...

Mix carrots and celery in with dressing...

Mixed it will look nice and creamy to dress the pasta...

Drain pasta when ready, don't wash it.... Let it cool while you finish making the dressing...

Add dressing and again mix evenly to cover all pasta... Then place into frig or freezer to cool for a short time...

Get your chives chopped, greens if you like, coconut and cashews ready.... Once pasta is cool serve it up....
