How to cook a bulghur pilaf

Chop the onion and the tomato

Put about a table spoon of olive oil -keep the heat high through cooking-

Add in the onions and cook until golden

You can use any cup at this stage but make sure the bulghur is half the cup you used

Add in the chopped tomato

When cooked about a minute add the water and bring to boil

When bubbles start to appear add your bulghur in

Add the chicken bouillion and salt/pepper to taste

İt should look like this

Close the lid and wait until it looks a bit like porridge

Like this. When its like this turn off heat.

Wait 5 to ten minutes and you're good to go :) hope this helped :))
